Q: When are the Registration Deadlines for any of the Dubai Women’s Run?

A: Online registration for the Dubai Women’s Run will close October 31, 2016 12 midnight. Late Registration will be available on the day of Race packet pick up November 2nd and 3rd 10am-8pm

Q: Can I register on the day of the event for the Dubai Women’s Run?

A: There will be no on-site availability to have Late Registration for the Dubai Women’s Run the day of the event – please refer to Question 1 for Registration Deadlines.

Q: What if I register and then become injured or am unable to attend the race?

A: All entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable to other athletes. Requests to postpone registration due to medical conditions and military service will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Any requests received 15 days prior to event date will be considered; all other requests will be denied.

Q: Can I transfer my registration to another participant?

A: No, your registration, race bib, and timing chip are all non-transferable. For more information, please visit our event regulations and rules regarding registration, or email us.

Q: How do I know that my registration has been processed and I am entered in the event?

A: For online registrations: You will be sent an email receipt and event confirmation: Please keep a copy for your records and bring to (location TBA) On November 2nd and 3rd, 10am-8pm to Check In and receive your race packet. Dubai Women’s Run does not offer mail-in registration. When registering online through www.dubaiwomensrun.com you have the option of paying with a credit card or visiting any Fitness First, Fidelity Fitness Club or Gold's Gym. If you have special registrations needs, please contact us and we'll do our very best to work with you

Q: Is it mandatory to check in and receive my race packet for the event?

A: Yes, you must bring your ID and your confirmation letter so we can check you in! YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF YOUR EVENT CONFIRMATION RECEIPT. PLEASE BRING THIS WITH YOU TO Meydan Hotel - Dubai Millenium Suite On November 2nd, 10am-8pm and 3rd, 10am-8pm!

Q: Do I receive my race packet in the mail?

A: No, race packets will not be mailed out. All participants must pick up their packets in person at The Meydan Hotel - Dubai Millenium Suite in the Registration Area. For special groups or clubs with specific needs, please contact the Registration Director. All arrangements MUST be made prior to October 31, 2016

Q: What time is race packet pick-up?

A: For the Dubai Women’s Run, there will be race day packet pick-up and late registration November 2nd, 10am-9pm and 3rd, 9am-9pm

Q: Where is race day check in & packet pick-up?

A: There will be no Race day check in & packet pick-up

Q: Is online registration safe?

A: The Dubai Women’s Run, website and the official registration website are safe and secure.

Q: What if I still have a question regarding registration?

A: Please contact the Event Director through our event contact page, and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Q: What happens if I get injured at the event?

A: There will be EMS on site as well as our Volunteer Team. Find an Event Staff official, volunteer, or look for the Medical Staff.

Q: Additional race course questions?

A: Most of the questions are addressed on the website but can be summed up by this statement: this is an OPEN RACE COURSE and you will have to obey ALL traffic laws, police/traffic officers, event staff/volunteers at all times – no exceptions!
